You hold the door open for a lady and she stops in her tracks and screams at you, ‘Don’t hold the door for me! I’ll get it myself!’ What are your feelings or immediate reaction?

Before answering this, I read Rob Browns story about Brian, the older man who was taken to HR by a young woman in her 20s. well, read the story. I am so tired of seeing these women on social media hollering that they do not need men in their lives, they can do everything on their own, I have seen them blast good men for holding doors open for them, but why? Someone, ANYONE shows you an act of kindness and you repay that with disrespect and drama? Then, we wonder why there are no more kind men left in the world, it is because of these belligerent women who throw temper tantrums over stupid stuff. “How dare you call me ma’am”, “how dare you hold the door for me”, “how dare you say ladies first”. I am so sick of this generation acting like this. Let me tell you something, on my very first date with my now husband back in 1997, he picked me up, came to my door with flowers, opened my car door for me, insured my seat belt was on, etc. The next day, 3 neighbor women ran out to me when they saw me in the yard, “Linda, where did you find him, omg does he have brothers?” Well, to this very day, he STILL opens doors for me, nothing has changed, and I thank him every single time.
